Bikecheck: Alexandre Paradis' Partymaster

Bikecheck: Alexandre Paradis' Partymaster

If you’ve been following our crew long enough, there is no doubt that you remember Parapa from a whole lot of our Unexpected Thursday videos. In the last couple years, he took some time off the freestyle bike but his skills never left him. In fact, he’s the type of dude that will borrow some random bike on the way out the bar just to see if he still got them bunnyhop tailwhips on lock, and land it first try. As of last year, he’s been slowly riding the freestyle bike more and he decided to kick off 2019 with a brand new Partymaster. Words can’t express how stoked we are to see him shredding with the crew again, and we can’t wait to see how he puts his new whip to use! Peep all the details about his new setup below along with some words from the Jackhammer himself.

“For the last couple of years now, I’ve been riding mostly my downhill bike. I’ve kind of lost confidence in my riding since I wasn’t really riding that much and had a couple injuries in a short amount of time. I had the idea of building a partymaster since it came out and after riding it for the last three months, the only thing I regret is not getting it sooner. Confidence came back quickly and I even started trying new tricks. The bike simply feels perfect whether I’m riding park or dirt jumps. I’m so stoked on this build and can’t wait to shred more sessions with the boys!”

The Rise Week at Woodward PA

The Rise Week at Woodward PA

Only a couple days after The Partymaster Tour, the boys we’re already on another biking adventure. Woodward PA invited us over for a The Rise Week during the summer camps, it didn’t take much to convince us. Having only seen Woodward in the off season, we were stoked to check it out with all the campers campers on site!

Riding bikes with everyone got us super pumped to stack some clips. Unfortunately, Jeremy sprained is heal on the first day which put him out for the rest of the week. Thankfully he was still able to get some laps on the go karts and focused more of his energy behind the lens. As for Aidan and Walter? You could catch them shredding their MTB at every skatepark Woodward has to offer!

All and all it was a great week! Riding bikes with everyone was a blast and it was great to experience all the great vibes at Camp! We want to give a special thanks to Woodward Camp for having us!

Video: Emil Malikov in St. Petersburgh

Emil Malikov just sent us a video he filmed on a Saint Petersbourg trip in Russia. Rocking a 26″ Ridig Street MTB bike, he easily navigates from Street and Park to the Dirt jumps. His new video perfectly displays that he’s got a lot of potential and he’s not scared to go big, hopefully we will see more action from this dude in the future!

Levi Weert - Clips from the Vault

Levi Weert just dropped a video where he shreds 2 different bikes with ease, in both Street and Park environments. The dude can ride fast and still makes that switch bars tailtap to pedal 270 look way too easy. Good stuff!

Bikecheck: Jeremy Menduni's Partymaster

Bikecheck: Jeremy Menduni's Partymaster

New Year means New Bike for Jeremy Menduni! He somehow managed to get an even cleaner Partymaster than his previous one and he now runs a Prototype Rigid Fork from Altruiste! Wait no longer and see what he has to say about his new build, then check out a full bikecheck below!

"My bike last year was the cleanest build I'd had to date which meant that it would be really hard to top it this year but somehow I think I did it! One of the hardest things was finding the right colour. After switching between a few different samples, I finally decided on this colour and I'm blown away how well it turned out. I'm running a BMX spaced Partymaster combined with my new signature Altruiste Six One Three fork and I decided to run a sprocket guard to hopefully learn some new grinds and not have to worry about my drivetrain too much. My new Ruff Bike Co Can Rims with Resist Nomad tires makes my bike look even more street and thats all that matters right?! haha! All kidding aside, after a solid weekend of riding my new bike at Joyride 150, I'm beyond stoked on how dialled this thing turned out and it's gotten me so excited for the outdoor sessions and good times with the homies. Huge thanks to The Rise, Altruiste Bikes, Resist, Ruff Bike Co and all the guys at Joe Mamma Cycles in Ottawa for helping me put this thing together. Truly feeling blessed!"

Pavel "Vishneviy" Alekhin 2016 Mixtape

This is just another proof that Pavel is the best rider in the game right now. When he's not pulling world firsts on huge dirt jumps, he's stacking clips in the streets and absolutely murders every spot he meets. An instant classic right here! Shoutout to Walter Mayerhofer for making the video!
