Shipping and Policies
- We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all order over 125$ in CANADA and the USA. **Does not apply to Frames**
- We ship Worldwide using FEDEX, DHL or UPS.
- Frames ordered from Europe and the UK are shipped from our warehouse in Austria, everything else ships from Montreal, Canada.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at Checkout.
- International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees which are out of our control.
- If you try placing an order but get an error message saying that we do not ship to your country, please contact us at email@example.com and we will find a way to make it work.
- CANADA and USA transit time is approximately 5 business days after your order ships
- INTERNATIONAL transit time is approximately 7 business days after your order ships.
**Some countries are experiencing unforeseen COVID-19 complications creating longer Shipping and Customs delays, please understand that we have no control over such conditions**
- Orders are processed within 3 days after we receive your payment.
- You will receive an email confirmation after we receive your payment, followed by another email containing your tracking number once your order is shipped.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. It is not possible to cancel an order if it has already been shipped.
