Frames Warranty

-The Rise offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacture defects. If your frame breaks and the damage is due to a manufacture defect, we will replace it free of charge.

-The 1-year warranty starts the day the product is purchased and is not transferrable. It only applies to the original owner with a proof of purchase.

-The Rise will not warranty any product that was replaced under a prior warranty.

Not Covered

-Normal wear and tear, paint and decals, abusive riding, misuse, abuse or neglect, corrosion, frames that have been modified in any way.

-Any labor and/or Shipping charges associated with replacing a bicycle’s frame.

Crash Replacement

The 2-year Crash Replacement warranty covers frames damaged by crashing or excessive riding. We offer the option to benefit of 40% OFF the product’s original MSRP. The Rise reserves the right to deny any crash replacement claim that is judged inappropriate.
