Bikecheck: Alexis Roussel's Dirt Jumper
Alexis Roussel is back with another wild paint job. In addition to his Street bike, he decided to build up another Partymaster V2 to use strictly on dirt jumps. If you have seen his previous build, you know the guy has a thing for cars, so this build is no different. Keep on reading for all the specs and more photos.
"New year, new me, new bike.
I’ve been thinking about building a dedicated dirt bike for a while now, and here it is! This will be an additional bike to the street one I usually ride. I even painted it myself, man, that took forever, haha!
Once again, I drew inspiration from car design, and this time, it’s based on the iconic 1973 Porsche 911 RSR Rebel Gulf. Patrick helped me out again with the overall design and gave me a few tips for the painting process. It was a lot of fun to work on, and it feels even more personal because of that.
Joining Deity Components for 2025 has given me the chance to build it up with some top-tier components. Deity started out making BMX and MTB parts early on, so they’ve been present in the MTB street scene since the beginning. It’s awesome to work with a brand that knows where it came from!"
