This wonderful year is coming to an end really soon and its a good opportunity to look back at what happened during the last 12 months, so here's a list of our most popular features during the 2011 year. But first, we would like to thank everyone for checking the site on a regular basis and supporting The Rise from the start! So here it is, The Rise's most popular features of 2011! enjoy!

First, the Unexpected Thursday videos might have slowed down a bit this year but they sure came out great, so let's start with them. According the Facebook likes, here are the top-3 UT videos of 2011:

Unexpected Thursday 26: The Rise X Made Of Stills comes first with 146 likes
Unexpected Thursday 25 comes second with 130 likes
Unexpected Thursday 21 comes third with 54 likes
Unexpected Thursday 23 needs a place here, just because the last trick is so sick!
Unexpected Thursday 22 was just so fun to make!
Unexpected Thursday 24 should also put a smile on your face!

Next, we made a bunch of interviews over the year, definitly lots of interesting things were said but a particular one stands out because the guy has been riding for so long and obviously has an interesting point of view on the sport:

Vision Of A Pioneer With Jeff Lenosky
Louis Pépin
James Patterson
Logan Peat
Michael Gray
Sam Pilgrim
Alexander Belevskiy

Those videos also came out sick. From random Kraft Dinner clips to Matt's absolutely crazy latest video, theres something to satisfy anyone in there:

2011 Ray's MTB Roadtrip
Michel Plonka Winter Edit
Montreal Random Clips
Lunch Check with Matt Macduff
Matt Macduff - For The Kids

And finally, this last trip we went on was a blast. It was so much fun to travel in a van for a week and just camp anywhere and ride bikes. The Winnipeg Roadtrip video definitely deserves this spot!

Hopefully you enjoyed 2011 as much as we did! I feel like I could keep adding more videos to this post but I believe this is a good summary of 2011. So once again, thanks to each of you for making The Rise what it is, and stay tuned for 2012!
